Shipping:
We ship your order within 2 working days of payment being received. This is usually on the same day or the next business day of payment receipt.  Orders over
50.00 are free from shipping charges within the Netherlands. 

Other shipping rates are as follows:

Within the Netherlands:
Less than €15 - €3 shipping
€15 - €49,99 - €6 shipping
€50 and higher - FREE!

Within Europe (excluding the Netherlands):
Less than €15 - €4 shipping
€15 - €99,99 - €6 shipping
€100 and higher - FREE!

Shipping to the United States:
Less than 2 kilograms - €20 shipping
2 kilo - 10 kilo - €50 shipping
Greater than 10 kilo - ask for quote

Amsterdam Delivery:
You live in Amsterdam, NL? So do we!  If you want something from our shop, but the shipping is a big drawback, we will likely be able to deliver it to you free of charge.  This can be done by meeting at one of the many crafting circles in the area, or we can meet elsewhere that is convenient to you.  Until we have a proper shop, we are more than happy to deliver to the area.  Send us an email at penelopecraft@gmail.com and we can arrange this with you.

Backorders:
We do not backorder items. If we do not have it in stock, we will not sell it to you. A special order is possible if you contact us at penelopecraft@gmail.com.

Payment Methods:
Our preferred method of payment is through Bank Transfer to our Amsterdam-based bank.  You may opt for bank transfer in the checkout process by selecting "Purchase Order" as your payment method.  After checkout, an email will be sent to you with your order total and with our Bank information.  Once the transfer has been completed, your order will be sent.

We gladly accept PayPal as a method of payment, and you can select this option at checkout.  

We only accept credit card payments made through PayPal. You can find out more information at their website, www.paypal.com. 


Special Orders:
It may be possible to Special Order an item that we do not normally carry, or in amounts that we do not normally carry. Please contact us at penelopecraft@gmail.com, or by phone at +31 (0)62 915 1752 to arrange for a special order. In order to place a special orders, we require a deposit of 50%. Special Orders are non-refundable and may not be cancelled.

Out of Stock Items:
Should we not have enough of an item on hand to fully fill your order, you will be informed during the ordering and checkout process.

Returns:
We will exchange yarn that has been purchased that is simply not the right color for you.  While we think our colors are darn close on screen to their actual colors, we cannot guarantee that your screen, settings, system and our images will jive just right so you see what we see.

We cannot accept returns for books, patterns, needles, or kits that include patterns or instructions. To initiate a return of other merchandise, contact us via email at penelopecraft@gmail.com, or by phone at
+31 (0)62 915 1752.

Our policy is to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns beyond this time. Merchandise in sealed packaging must be returned unopened, and all returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging.

Shipping of return or exchange items must be paid for by the customer.

Mailing List:
After making a purchase from penelopecraft.com, you will be added to our mailing list. We send emails to the mailing list infrequently, and these emails contain sale information, free crafting tips, and other fun information. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, send an email to penelopecraft@gmail.com with “no emails thanks” in the subject line. All removal requests will be processed within 2 weeks of their receipt.
